Hi, my name is Ben McKenzie
Artist, Kayaker, illustrator
I am an artist living in the Pacific Northwest. Mainly a digital illustrator, I still love drawing by hand with soft pastel and colored pencils. My love for the outdoors influences much of my work and I find that the natural world inspires me to explore new concepts and styes to design in.
My art is typically in brilliant color, but I am jazzed to see my designs laser engraved in living wood. Mahogany is my Favorite, but don't tell the other trees.

Spent hours looking for a colorado themed phone case for my new iPhone 11 Pro. Most of them were dumb or ugly. This case is subtle, understated and professional. Several guys in my office are getting one just like it.
